Impressions of Taipei

I brought my family for a short trip to Taipei in 2009.

My favourite would be the markets, both morning and night markets. One could spend a week visiting every market and trying out as many street food as you could take in.

I saw the  Ai Yu fruit for the first time. Immersing the seeds into warm water will release the jelly which turns into Ai Yu (爱玉).

Taking the metro train can easily access to major attractions in Taipei. One of my favourite was the 24 hour bookstore and underground bookstore. The picture below was taken inside a shopping mall (SOGO). Our whole trip were walking and eating.

Taiwan has so many interesting cities and definitely worth revisiting.
