Travelogue

Street Views in Georgetown (part 2)

After the morning visit to Chowrasta Market, we walked towards Jalan Kapitan area (the ultimate goal was looking for food, photography was the by-product).

There was nothing ‘new’ (what do you expect from a heritage old town?), but similar scenes and buildings.

But things could be very different if we are willing to look at things from different perspective.

Or paying attention on people instead of objects.

Or venture to the less travel roads and seeing things from different angle.

Or waiting for the right moment (for a passerby) to frame another “present moment”.

Or tilt the camera at different angle instead of squarish shot.

This was a very short walk but I was happy, simply because there was a bit of blue sky during the monsoon season. May you have a safe journey if you travel to South East Asia during the year end monsoon season.
