Putrajaya Floria 2012 (part 3)
In general, Floria 2012 is a good event, quite similar to the past events (this is the 5th year).
There are some merchants selling flowers and tourist items. Some artists are playing music, painting and even performing art.
Putrajaya Floria 2012 (part 2)
Although the theme flower is Bougainvillea, orchid can be seen everywhere (as usual).
On the other hand, cactus is not a popular plant on display.
Colourful Putrajaya Floria 2012
Today is the opening of the garden and flower show – the Putrajaya Floria 2012.
It is a 9-day event, with outdoor and indoor displays.
Day Trip to Melaka
We brought friends to Melaka old town for a short visit this morning. The French tourists were intrigued by the bound feet culture in Chinese tradition.
We began our visit by stopping over at St. Peter’s Church (1710).
And walked over to the nearby Kampung Morten.
Cameron Highlands (June 2012)
We were trying to catch another glimpse of the sunrise at the plantation.
The ‘egg yolk’ appeared less than 1 minutes and hidden behind the thick cloud.
Peninsular Malaysia has been covering with haze these couple of days.
Graffiti inside Perak Tong
We made a stop over at Perak Tong from Penang to Cameron Highlands.
You need not to be a devotee to admire the incredible graffiti on the granite wall.
George Town and Air Itam
Here were some quick snapshots while bringing friends for a quick visit to George Town. The memorable part was getting to listen to the impromptu jamming session, East meeting West.
We started our day at Chowrasta Market.
