I am working this weekend, thus desperately needing a break away from my computer.
It was raining this afternoon, so we decided to drop by Butterfly Park for little exercise.
Do not expect much from the park as there are not as many butterflies as visitors would expect.
Happy Thai New Year to all the people who celebrate Songkran.
Since there is no official venue for Songkran celebration in Kuala Lumpur, the Thai Buddhist Chatawan Temple is hosting the Songkran at the temple compound for many revellers to celebrate the festival.
Be ready to get wet, with powder and water gun aiming at you. I have wet bucket unintentionally thrown at me. Luckily Songkran is about water and not throwing durian fruit.
April to July is the best time to visit some of tropical islands on east coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
Pulau Redang is one of the most popular islands, made famous by the Chinese Movie 《夏日的麽麽茶》. The replica of the movie set is now a grocery store.
Tourists are drawn to Pulau Redang for its crystal clear turquoise colour water.
The most common word exclaimed by first time visitors to Pulau Redang (Redang Island) has to be “paradise”.
How clear is the water? See it for yourself.
You may not believe that I saw these coral fish in waist deep water.
Still don’t believe, let’s see it from the bird eye view.
