Building AI Products with Leo
I am in the middle of a significant AI build cycle at V-Work. Together with Leo — my AI collaborator built on Claude — I am developing two products for the market:
FPS Studio — an AI-powered requirements engineering system that helps consultants scope software projects with precision. It turns the Function Point System methodology into an interactive specification workflow.
Coach Leo — an AI coaching platform that delivers personalised leadership coaching to employees, grounded in the OLO framework. Currently in internal testing with the V-Work team.

This site. I'm building it in stages — homepage first, then the inner pages, then connecting it to Ghost for travel content and YouTube for video. Leo generates the HTML; I deploy to Netlify. A working example of human and AI dividing labour by what each does best.
Publishing the Unpublished
A decade of travel photos (2016–2025) sat unprocessed because video editing was too intensive to do alone. AI video tools have changed that. I'm now working through the backlog — compiling photos into travel stories for Ghost and video essays for YouTube. Peru (2026) is Chapter 3; the backlog is Chapter 2.
